Often times what we want is a question away. The only thing that keeps it away is the courage to ask the question. We come up with scenarios like it’s impossible and we feel frustrated. Have you checked if is the pride, the reason or the experience that is stopping you?

“It’s impossible,” said Pride.

“It’s risky,” said Experience.

“It’s pointless,” said Reason.

“Give it a try,” whispered the heart.

Pride asserts, “It’s impossible,” feeding our ego and deterring us from even attempting to ask.

Experience cautions, “It’s risky,” reminding us of past setbacks and urging us to play it safe. Reason suggests, “It’s pointless,” dissecting our desires and persuading us not to pursue them.

Do not allow the fear of rejection or the fear of failure to hold you back. Trust the gentle whisper of your heart that entreats, “Give it a try.” Pose the question and witness what unfolds. What do we have to lose if we ask the question? you’ll be surprised how many times you will get yes more than no as answers to your questions.
